Many political pundits and political analysts around the country are now saying that if the Democrats get more seats in the United States Senate and in the United States Congress that they will raise our taxes. Is this true? Yes, actually it is very true and it is somewhat unfortunate because lower taxes mean more efficient free markets and more spendable income for the average citizen to improve their quality of life and standard of living.
Raising taxes hurts the economy, causes job losses and economic problems such as recessions. Any time you lower taxes and leave that money working in free markets the efficiency of the economy is a ramped upward, but if we give more money to the government they just wasted in totally and inefficient ways, wasteful projects and social giveaways.
The social giveaways make people weak. Why you ask? Well consider that Christian comment; Give a Man a Fish, Teach a Man to Fish. The Democrats want to raise our taxes and giveaway fishes and they want us to pay for it. I am sorry but that doesn't work for me.
Additionally, I do not want a trial lawyer in the White House, so if John Edwards ends up on the ticket and the Democrats get more seats in the House and Senate in the United States of America our is economy and way of life is in for a rocky road in the future. Please consider all this in 2006.
